About Us
Hello and welcome! My name is Jaimi (she/her), and I am the founder of MOVA (My Own Virtual Assistant).
I began my VA business in 2017 at the University of Toronto, as a way to help pay for school and to explore my interests outside of the classroom. My first client was a sports tourism company; I directly supported the CEO in organizing tennis and pickleball events in Canada and the Caribbean. I gained incredible experience in project management, social media marketing, and event planning, and I loved every second of it.
Flash forward to today – I oversee a team of two VA’s, and we support clients throughout the U.S., Canada and New Zealand.
Our virtual assistants work remotely in three different time zones,
allowing our team to serve a global client base!
